These lecture gave me insight, important insight I must say, on how to build business models with ease and with focus on the bottom line without deviating from initial objectives that define your overall business. The key is to build any business model from a customers perspective, think hard about the way in which a consumer would patronise your product and still acquire greater value from using your product than that of the competition.
